Dear Anna, Nadi, Wayang & Agung,
Words cannot express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the warm and
personalized service we received at Temple Hill. We got back to Singapore with so many many fond memories of our lovely stay
and time spent at Villa Magna. (I am confident that I speak for us all)
The entire experience was befitting of more than just a 5-star resort but
truth genuine Balinese hospitality.
I personally did not feel that I was just another customer but more like a
friend.... and i am sure that all were delighted under your watchful care.
Anna, my heartfelt thanks for all that you have done & more.... could not
have done what i came to Bali to achieve without you... the Villa
suggestion, the flowers, the set up, the BBQ dinner, and your time in making
everything perfect...
Nadi, your natural grace is simply amazing... your gentle & attentive
thoughts in every detail really complement the whole dinner event and making
everyone so very comfortable & at home.... (Thumbs up!!!!)
Last but not least; Wayang & Agung, we can't thank you both enough for
making/serving us breakfast every morning & taking so very very GOOD GREAT
WONDERFUL care of us all. Never have I experience such fantastic & patience
service in my line of work..... You both are true assets to Temple Hill.
It's indeed my absolute privilege & honor to have met you all through my
very first & most memorable trip to Bali.
And trust that I would strongly recommend Temple Hill to my friends & family& certainly will have our Bali office contact you on future business.
